This is one of the most magical toppings for ice cream ever invented!
Do you remember Magic Shell from your childhood? The chocolate syrup that formed a crisp magic shell when you poured it over something cold? I loved that syrup.
SUGAR, SUNFLOWER OIL, COCONUT OIL, COCOA, CHOCOLATE, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF: COCOA PROCESSED WITH ALKALI, SOY LECITHIN, MILK, SALT, VANILLA.
This magic shell-like recipe is a very easy recipe to make. You cannot substitute coconut oil, however. It is the properties of coconut oil that makes the sauce harden when poured over your favorite ice cream treat!
Once made, I recommend storing in the fridge and reheating before use. Just place the container in hot water for a short time before use to return the contents to a desired pouring consistency.
