- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 ice cubes
- Chopped apple and walnuts (optional)
